Rich Schoustra
Principal
Rich has 25 years of experience designing, architecting, implementing, and supporting FP&A solutions for organizations across diverse industries. He has led teams through hundreds of implementations for clients of all sizes, serving user bases from fewer than five to hundreds. Rich specializes in translating functional requirements into fully configured and flexible EPM solutions, helping companies navigate their businesses more effectively through the FP&A process.
John Rubino
Principal Consultant
John brings 15 years of extensive experience in crafting solutions using Hyperion EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), Oracle Cloud EPM, and NetSuite EPM applications. Adept at pinpointing issues and inefficiencies within processes, and developing innovative solutions to boost efficiency and drive improvement. John is engaged in every phase of the project lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and post go-live support.
